What is the Android Folder?

Android Folder is a very important folder. If you go to your file manager and select sd card or internal storage here you can find a folder called Android. This folder created from a new situation on the phone. This folder was still created when the new sd card inserts on the phone. This folder creates the Android system itself. So you can see this folder when you insert any new sd card.

What has inside this Android folder?

When you install any kind of apps on your phone.  This app needs a folder to keep it's cache files, junk file and everything that you download from these apps. So android system creates a folder in the Android Folder by the app's name. In one word I can say here you can find all the necessary file of apps which you install in your phone. For an example If you're taking any file with Xender, it will find the folder named Xender in the Android Folder. If you enter the Android Folder you can see three folders 1.data, 2.obb, 3.media. In the data folder, you can find all apps will get a different folder named.

What happened if I delete this folder?

If you delete this folder it will recreate when you start using any kind of apps in your phone. So can't remove this file permanently in your phone. If you think this folder consume lots of space from your phone it depends on your phone here are the files you've downloaded from within apps. So I suggest you do not delete this Android Folder.
